1853 $1 Silver Liberty Seated Dollar PCGS VF Scarce Date OC-1 Chin Whiskers
A few light rim dings typical of a coin this size. But I believe damage PCGS is referring to is under eagle’s right wing. Small depression you can really only see when tipped into the light. A low mintage date with otherwise nice appearance.
